Mark has a broad range of experience over many years of practice in property, leasing, commercial and litigation. He now concentrates on all commercial transactions that involve acting for developers / property investors in sale and purchase of properties. Mark also acts for vendors / purchasers of all types of businesses including drafting of commercial agreements and franchising matters.

The commercial experience Mark has is of particular benefit in franchising matters which often involves advice on lease and sale of business issues.

The negotiation skills Mark has developed over the years, both through his litigation work and his involvement in numerous complex commercial transactions, enable him to determine the best approach to achieve the right outcome for his clients.
