KCL Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Nicky Neville-Jones as a Principal Lawyer in its Family Law team.
An Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Nicky brings decades of experience advising on complex family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, spousal maintenance, child support, and family violence disputes. Her extensive knowledge and collaborative approach make her a trusted adviser for both clients and referrers navigating sensitive, high-stakes matters.
Nicky has held prominent leadership roles in the profession, including serving as the immediate past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria, and is a founding member and Vice-President of the Family Lawyers Association of Victoria. She also established and chaired the LIV’s Animal Law and Welfare Committee, and has been a strong advocate for law reform to better protect vulnerable families.

She is also President of BottledSnail Productions, a not-for-profit performing arts company for the legal profession that promotes wellbeing and mental health through creative projects.
