The Role

We are currently looking for a construction and infrastructure lawyer with 8+ years’ experience to join our Construction and Infrastructure team at KCL Law.

The role is predominantly focused on:

  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements;
  • Providing strategic legal advice in regards to the interpretation of contracts and disputes;
  • Drafting special conditions for building contracts and tenders;
  • Project consulting and assisted litigation; and
  • Providing legal advice over the full life of a construction project.

You will be immediately exposed to top tier clients and work on major projects involving well-known participants in Australian construction and infrastructure.
