Jeremy has been in practice for more than 25 years, focusing on assisting clients in private equity investments and divestments. He also assists clients in capturing, registering, commercialising and protecting their intellectual property.
Having initially worked as a commercial litigator and employment lawyer, Jeremy is able to provide his commercial clients with a breadth of general commercial experience.
