Andrew practises in a wide range of civil, commercial and corporate litigation matters, including disputes involving partnerships, property, owners corporations, joint ventures, contracts, bankruptcy and corporate insolvency. He regularly acts for trustees in bankruptcy, liquidators, creditors and administrators of companies in administration.
Andrew also has an extensive criminal law practice encompassing prosecutions for OH&S, white-collar crime, taxation, coronial inquests, traffic matters, disciplinary proceedings and intervention orders.
Prior to joining KCL Law in 2008, Andrew had worked for a number of national law firms, including Hall & Wilcox, where he acted on a broad range of litigation, insolvency, TAC, insurance and crime-related matters.
Andrew is on the panel of solicitors prepared to act as an Independent Solicitor in matters before the Federal Court and Supreme Court of Victoria. In addition to the Law Institute of Victoria, he is a member of the LIV Commercial Litigation Specialist Advisory Committee, Insolvency and Construction CPA Group and Australian Lawyers Surfing Association.
