We are pleased to announce two promotions, effective 1 January 2026:
Daniel Kolieb – Principal Lawyer, Family Law
Daniel has over 14 years’ experience practising exclusively in Family Law and is a key member of the firm’s Family Law team. He advises clients across complex parenting and financial disputes, including matters involving family violence, relocation, large and complex asset pools, trusts, corporate structures and financial agreements. Known for his strategic, practical approach and strong client advocacy, Daniel is particularly valued for his ability to navigate emotionally charged matters with clarity, empathy and focus.
Alice Land – Associate, Estate Group
Since joining KCL Law in 2022, Alice has developed a strong practice across estate planning, probate and estate administration. She assists clients with a broad range of matters including wills, trusts, business succession planning, estate litigation and complex estate administration.
Alice approaches her work with care and attention to detail, recognising the sensitive and personal nature of estate matters. Her promotion reflects her growing expertise and the trust she has built with clients and colleagues alike.
