A key member of KCL Law’s Family Law team, Daniel has experience in all aspects of family law, with particular expertise in relocation cases, parenting and child support matters, financial disputes and complex property disputes.
While working closely with his clients, Daniel takes a pragmatic approach to achieve a swift and equitable outcome. He is particularly adept at finding practical solutions that help minimise the effects a separation may have on his clients and their children.
Since 2011, Daniel has worked exclusively as a family lawyer for a number of Melbourne law firms. His prior experience includes working as a family lawyer at a generalist law firm and also a specialist family law firm.
