The Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Employment Lawyer to join our dynamic Employment and Workplace Relations team at KCL Law. We take pride in delivering high-quality legal solutions to our clients, building long-term partnerships and fostering strong relationships along the way.
Ideally, you’ll bring over 5 years of experience in employment and workplace relations law, along with a genuine passion for the field. Key skills for this role include legal research, drafting, client relations, conciliations, and litigation, along with a solid understanding of the Fair Work Act – whilst being client-focused, commercially astute, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.

The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to offer practical and commercial legal solutions, and the drive to nurture and expand the firm’s business by building lasting client relationships.
