The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a junior Property Lawyer looking to advance their career in a dynamic and growing practice.

Our Property Team are dynamic and astute, advising on a broad range of property matters including major development projects, acquisitions and sales and commercial leasing transactions.

The Candidate

We are seeking a Property Lawyer with approximately 1-2 years PQE directly in property law to join our team.  You will have solid technical and drafting skills and experience in:

  • Property due diligence;
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale;
  • Off-the-plan property developments (broadacre and built form);
  • Advising on property land tax and duties; and
  • Commercial leases, acting for both landlord and tenants.
