As our property and general litigation practice continues to grow, there is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic lawyer to join our Owners Corporation practice.

The Role

We are seeking a lawyer with 2 to 3 years’ experience post admission who has had experience in Owners Corporation matters. Ideally, you have had some experience in:

• Litigation;
• Levy collection matters;
• Leasing and licensing;
• Plans of subdivision; and
• Providing advice on Owners Corporations Act and Subdivision Act matters.

The Candidate

Essential personal attributes for the role include excellent communication (written and oral skills), strong interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to work in a team environment and the ability to communicate with clients professionally and confidently. A well-presented individual with a good attitude is a must.
