Kliger Partners has again expanded with the appointments of Special Counsel, Jennifer Maher and Senior Associate, Sharon Favero. Both lawyers join the Estate Group which offers complete legal services to clients across Estate Administration, Estate Litigation and Estate Planning.
Jennifer is a highly regarded lawyer with expertise across all areas of estate law including a special interest in Estate Litigation.
An Accredited Wills and Estates specialist, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience from advising high net worth families and private businesses over the years in relation to their estate planning requirements, the administration of estates and acting for both claimants and the estate in estate disputes. Jennifer also acts and advises in trust law and trust disputes.
Sharon is an experienced estate lawyer with a special interest in Wills and Estates, Trusts and Guardianship and Administrator issues. Sharon joins the firm on 4 August from State Trustees and her experience includes all aspects of wills, estate administration advice and all trust related matters. As a part of her role, Sharon also has extensive experience representing clients with a disability.
