Monica is a member of the Estate Group. Her practice includes a range of estate matters with a focus on probate, estate administration, and testamentary trust administration.

Since joining the firm in 2022, she has acted for a range of executor clients managing estates of varying sizes, locations, and complexities, as well as assisting clients with their estate planning matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Monica interned with community legal centres, focusing on providing everyday advice in relation to Wills and estate administration. She has also worked for the Federal Court of Australia.

Monica takes an empathetic and detail-oriented approach to her practice, with a strong focus on providing high quality advice to ensure the smooth administration of deceased estates. She is committed to minimising stress for executors and handling all matters with care and accuracy. Monica was admitted to practice in September 2024 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. She graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Criminology and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours before completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The College of Law.
