Matilda is the Head of KCL Law’s estate administration service where she oversees a team of junior lawyers and paralegals with the day-to-day carriage of probate and estate administration matters at KCL Law.
Matilda comes with a breadth of knowledge with respect to multifaceted and unusual applications for grants of representation in the Victorian probate jurisdiction as well as other Australian states, including foreign will applications, and assisting executor clients with the administration of deceased estates of all sizes, from simple to large and complex estates, often with interstate or international assets and associated group structures.
Matilda previously worked for one of Melbourne’s premium CBD commercial law firms where she assisted many of Australia’s wealthiest and most influential individuals and family groups to administer large and complex estates for succeeding generations. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, in her final year of a Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University.
