Gabriella Lloyd is a member of KCL’s Commercial and Corporate team. Her practice includes advising a broad range of clients on corporate and commercial matters including due diligence, corporate governance, commercial advice and contract drafting and negotiation.
Since joining the firm, Gabriella has worked with start-ups, small-to-medium enterprises, public-listed companies, family businesses, private equity firms and high-net-worth individuals from a range of industries, including transport and logistics, retail, professional services, construction and e-commerce businesses to achieve successful, practical and results-oriented outcomes.
Prior to joining the firm, Gabriella worked at general commercial law firm Riordan & Riordan.
Gabriella was admitted to practice in 2021, after completing a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and a Diploma of Languages from Monash University.
