Elizabeth is an Associate in the Owners Corporation practice at KCL Law. Elizabeth has a wealth of experience in owners corporation, commercial, property, construction, employment, estate, family ,and building disputes.

Her comprehensive understanding of strata property issues allows her to guide individuals, owners corporations, managers, and their committees on matters pertaining to the Owners Corporations Act 2006, the Owners Corporations Regulations 2018, and other relevant legislation. Elizabeth advises clients on matters relating to owners corporation rules, common property defects, maintenance and property disputes.

Elizabeth is experienced in representing clients before VCAT and other courts, handling disputes with attention to detail and a focus on achieving positive outcomes.

Her background in commercial litigation includes working with high-net-worth clients in the mining and sugar cane industries, as well as a diverse range of clients from individuals to small and medium businesses.

Elizabeth’s approach to litigation is strategic and client centred. She values clear and open communication, ensuring that clients are well-informed and involved throughout the legal process. She combines a problem-solving mindset with a strong commitment to achieving her clients’ best outcome.

Admitted to practice in 2019, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of International Studies and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Adelaide.
