Ebony is a member of the Owners Corporations and Litigation and Dispute practice. Her practice includes advising owners corporations, their committee and managers and other third parties about the Owners Corporations Act 2006, Owners Corporations Regulations 2018 and other relevant legislation or applicable rules to a specific clients matter. Having appeared in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, County Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia, Ebony brings an experienced and commercial approach to clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ebony worked for a range of law firms, including an Owners Corporations firm and a national banking and finance firm where she gained vast experience in Owners Corporations, commercial and property litigation, banking and finance (front and back end), bankruptcy matters, and front and back end of Property.

In addition, Ebony is a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers, Strata Community Association (Vic) and Law Institute of Victoria.

Ebony was admitted to practice in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Queensland University of Technology. Ebony joined the firm as an Associate in 2024.

  • Resolving disputes between lot owners, owners corporations and other third parties
  • Interpretation of Plans of Subdivisions and determining responsibilities to repair or otherwise pursuant to the Owners Corporations Act
