David has been practising law since 1987. During most of this time he has focused on commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

David handles all manner of commercial disputes, including those arising from Corporations Act matters (including oppression proceedings), commercial and retail leases, trade practices, fair trading and general business, property and contractual disputes and commercial and domestic building.

Experienced at all levels of the Court hierarchy — from the Magistrates’, County, Supreme and Federal Courts to the High Court, David believes that the key to success in litigation is to keep the commercial objective in mind at all times and to work closely as a team with his client.
