In her role, Danielle is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations and works closely with the CEO, Principal Lawyers and leadership team to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Firm budgeting, cash flow management and financial reporting are some of Danielle’s day-to-day focus points while also leading initiatives around process improvement, technology adoption, and risk management.
Since joining KCL Law in 2023, Danielle has played a key role in strengthening financial discipline, improving systems and processes, and providing strategic financial guidance across the firm. She is known for her commercial mindset, collaborative approach and ability to translate complex financial information into practical, actionable insights.
Prior to joining KCL Law, Danielle was a Senior Manager at an accounting firm in the private client space, where she acted as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, and large family groups. Her work focused on defining effective entity structures, business forecasting, restructures and tax minimisation strategies, as well as supporting asset succession and long-term financial planning. Over more than a decade in private client practice, Danielle built strong, enduring client relationships founded on trust, problem-solving and exceptional service.
