Charmain is a member of the Estate Group, her practice focuses prominently on probate and estate administration matters.
Since joining the firm, she has acted for clients in relation to a wide variety of estates ranging from modest to large and complex estates.
Charmain is cognisant of the sensitive nature of dealing with deceased estates and uses a compassionate and honest approach to secure the most favourable outcomes for her clients.
Prior to joining KCL Law as a paralegal in 2023, Charmain worked in Criminal Law and Civil Litigation.
Charmain was admitted to practice in October 2024 and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. She graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2023 before completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The College of Law.
