Brendan Wong is a member of KCL’s Employment Law team and works closely with Special Counsel, Daniel Bean.
His practice includes advising both businesses and individuals on workplace matters including managing Fitness for Work issues, interpreting Industrial Instruments, reviewing Separation Deeds, and drafting Employment Contracts and Independent Contractor Agreements.
Brendan commenced his Employment Law practice in Hobart, Tasmania where he was a lawyer in an Employment Law Specialist firm. He has valuable experience working with local businesses, government agencies and interstate employers. He is a Graduate of the University of Tasmania and was admitted to practice law in 2021.
