Ash is a member of the Construction and Infrastructure practice acting for developers and builders across the full life of a construction project including front-end negotiations, contract drafting, regulatory compliance and live project consulting in all areas of construction law and dispute management.
Prior to joining the firm, Ash worked for a large multinational law firm within their Projects and Construction team acting for international conglomerates and engineering firms in front-end matters and acting in international Arbitrations.
Her experience with front-end work has provided insight into the complexities of the construction industry, while handling back-end disputes has deepened her understanding of its practicalities, enhancing her overall knowledge of the industry. Ash was admitted to practice in 2023, after completing a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University.
