Media release: Paul Beasant, Estate Group, appointed to Principal Lawyer

KCL Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Beasant to Principal Lawyer, effective 1 July 2022.

Specialising in Estate law and Elder Abuse, Paul works with private clients and industry leaders in guardianship and administration, and estate and trusts litigation, and is experienced in advising high-net-worth families and individuals in relation to all aspects of wills, estates and trust-related matters.

Paul joined the firm in 2015 as a Senior Associate and made Special Counsel in 2017. In 2021, Paul was recognised as a ‘leading’ lawyer in the Doyle’s Estates & Litigation Guide, Leading Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyers — Victoria, 2021.  Paul’s previous individual accolades in the Doyle’s Wills & Estates Guides include:
