KCL Law recently advised Monark Property Partners on the senior debt facility to assist with settlement of a large commercial development site in Collingwood.
The property recently achieved approval allowing for construction of a high-end commercial office building to commence, which will be brought to the market in 2020.
Many of our clients are keen to retain an exposure to the commercial office market, which in their view, provides stable risk-adjusted returns in the current market.
