KCL Law recently advised Monark Property Partners on the senior construction facility provided for a large commercial office development located in Collingwood, Victoria.
The property recently achieved approval allowing for construction to commence on the high-end development, which incorporates commercial office and retail space, and is expected to be brought to market next year. The financing was executed within a tight time frame, and involved advising Monark in connection with a complex capital structure that was required for the project.
