KCL Law recently advised Merricks Capital — an Australian-based investment manager — on the senior loan facility for Curzon Apartments in Canberra. The $27.5 million residential development by Mayfair Homes comprises 78 apartments over 6 levels.
KCL Law was delighted to have assisted the Merricks Capital team on this transaction, a landmark private debt transaction in the ACT apartment market.
Construction has commenced by Chase Group and is due for completion in May 2020.
