KCL Law recently advised Bass Capital Partners on a senior construction facility for a $10.6 million residential development, ‘82 Johns Road’, in Prospect — a thriving inner northern suburb just 5 kilometers from the Adelaide CBD.
Once completed, 82 Johns Road will comprise 24 two and three storey townhouses. The development is being undertaken by local developer, Citify Group, and established builder, Bert Farina Constructions. Construction works are now well underway.
