Since joining KCL Law’s Property team in 2011, Minka has advised and acted for a range of property clients — including developers, first-time buyers, investors, executors, and commercial and private companies — in relation to residential and commercial property sales and purchases, property development and subdivisions, and more recently leasing matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Minka worked for a small bayside law firm and a sole practitioner, both of which their central practice areas and focus were predominantly property law.
Minka takes a positive and enthusiastic approach to her work, and provides her clients with a high-level of professional service.
Minka holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice in May 2010. She is a member of Law Institute of Victoria and Property Council of Australia — Victoria Division.
