Andrew graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2008 with honours, and was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

He joined KCL Law in 2009 and is an Associate in KCL Laws’ dispute resolution team. His practice has a particular focus on building and construction law, both in front-end matters (i.e. preparation of construction contracts with an emphasis on risk minimisation) and back-end matters (i.e. resolving litigious disputes).

Andrew has a wide degree of experience in acting for both owners and builders in domestic building disputes at VCAT and the Supreme Court of Victoria.

In addition, he also assists developers, builders, subcontractors, subcontractors and consultants with all legal aspects of contract drafting, contract administration, dispute resolution and building industry legislation and regulations.
