KCL Law is proud to announce the promotion of commercial litigation lawyer Rebecca Hazeltine to Associate, effective 1 January 2021.
Rebecca has been a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team since April 2018. Her experience includes working on a wide range of litigation matters, such as contract law disputes, insurance claims and coverage disputes, claims under the Australian Consumer Law, insolvency disputes (including insolvent trading and unfair preference claims) for insolvency practitioners and owners corporation disputes.
