KCL Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Morgan Scholz to Head of Property, effective 1 January 2020.
Morgan’s practice focuses on commercial property transactions with a particular emphasis on sales and acquisitions, leasing, real estate finance and due diligence and developments. He has advised a wide range of clients ― including private corporations, publicly listed companies and institutional funds, as well as acting for both landlords and tenants — on a broad range of property and leasing related matters.

Morgan’s past experience includes working in the Property and Development teams at Russell Kennedy Lawyers and Arnold Bloch Leibler.
