KCL Law recently advised Monark Property Partners on the senior debt facility provided for the development of a large commercial project in Carlton.
The property recently achieved approval allowing for construction of a high-end commercial office building with ground floor retail space to commence, which will be brought to the market in 2020. The financing was executed within a tight time frame, and involved advising Monark in connection with a complex capital structure that was instituted for the project.
KCL Law was delighted to assist Monark with the delivery of the senior financing package for this project within the tight time frame required by the transaction.
